This 1,500-unit cooperative in Riverdale, NY boasts an Olympic-sized pool, a full-service gym facility, tennis courts and fantastic views of the Hudson River.

In 2008, bilancio was introduced as the new fitness management company for their 50,000 s.f. gym and pool complex called the SkyClub. Bilancio’s initial priority was the renovation of the 2,500 s.f. gym facility. Using their signature aesthetic, bilancio was able to transform the SkyClub into a state-of-the-art fitness facility.

Bilancio then introduced a variety of revenue-generating services such as personal training, tennis clinics, non-resident summer pool memberships and group fitness classes.
